REFLECTION - OCCUPATION (ADDITION)


A learning session was implemented and this teaching and learning took 30 minutes according to
the Daily Lesson Plan (RPH) that had been planned before. This teaching and learning session
focuses on Early Mathematic subjects. While for this learning process, students can respond tom
calculate the sum of two sets of objects using the objects from their environment correctly and
state the sum of objects by different situation effectively. The content of the included skills is
logical mathematic which is using number correctly in cause and effect. Based on this title, the
learning outcomes that will be achieved are students being able to recognize addition. In order to
ensure that the process can be carried out more effectively, I have built and used teaching aids
(bbm) magnet and worksheet.

For the strengths in this lesson overall, I was able to conduct my teaching and learning
sessions successfully. The planned objectives have also been achieved with careful planning and
diverse and appropriate teaching aids. I was also able to attract students' interest to actively
involve themselves in the activities that have been planned. Students pay full attention to the
teacher's teaching. Students can add the items given and can write down the answer by adding
the sum of objects of the item clearly and correctly.

However, the weaknesses such as lack of concern of teachers in teaching students. Pupils
who do not understand the instructions and when the sum of objects instrument is given, they
continue to add on the objects, this will wrongly counting. Therefore, I need to provide an
explanation of the use of the tool. The teacher's instructions that are not clear and accurate cause
students to not understand what needs to be done during worksheet activities. I need to explain
the instructions that have been given because there are a few students who cannot follow my
teaching. Class control needs to be further improved.

The way of overcoming is were I need to pay attention to students who are slow learners.
Therefore, I need to explain the use of weighing tools and give clearer instructions about the
activities that need to be carried out to the students so that they can carry out the activities
according to the instructions and not make mistakes. During worksheet activities, students are
too active and make noise. Therefore, I need to further improve my classroom control to ensure
that students are not too noisy during group activities.
