Soy Sauce
The naturally occurring liquid byproduct of fermented soybean and wheat
paste is soy sauce. The sugar generated during fermentation is chiefly
responsible for its warm, inky brown hue. (Masterclass, 2021)

Making soy sauce involves blending cooked soybeans and boiled wheat into
a paste, which is subsequently fermented with either Oryzae or sojae molds.
Before being pressed to create the liquid condiment or sauce, the culture is
placed to a salt brine and allowed to ferment further.

Ingredients that are present in soy sauce are Monosodium glutamate (aka MSG, E621,
chemical formula NaO2CCH(NH2)CH2CH2CO2H), Glucose (chemical formula
C6H12O6), Fructose (aka fruit sugar, chemical formula C6H12O6), Leucine (aka E641,
chemical formula (CH3)2CHCH2CH(NH2)CO2H, Lysine (chemical formula
NH2CH2CH2CH2CH(NH2)CO2H), Potassium chloride (E508, chemical formula KCl),
Lactic acid (aka milk acid, E270, chemical formula CH3CH(OH)CO2H), Succinic acid
(aka butanedioic acid, E363, chemical formula HO2CCH2CH2CO2H), and Acetic acid
(aka vinegar, E260, chemical formula CH2CO2H. etc ( Whats inside, 2021)

Cement
Cement may be created by mining minerals and rocks from
quarries. The rocks are then crushed and ground into smaller bits
for the mixing and heating procedures that follow. The crushed
rocks are then placed in a spinning klin over a burning fire. This
burns off any impurities in the minerals and de-carbonates them.
After allowing the mixture to cool, it is placed in a grinder for a
final grind, where it must be reduced to a fine powder. Gypsum is
also added at this stage of the process to control how quickly the
cement sets. The powder you see is the cement we use in
building.
Cement is a chemical combination of calcium silicates and trace
quantities of calcium aluminates, which react with water to cause
the cement to set.
