II. PERFORMANCE TASK


Instruction/Situation:
Undoubtedly, COVID-19 pandemic has greatly affected our country, and the whole world at large.
According to the experts, our lungs are the organs most affected by this disease. To avoid the severe
effect of this pandemic, everyone must stay healthy to protect not only ourselves, but also those people
surrounding us.
    In this regard, supposing that you are a member of your Barangay Healthcare Unit, you are
tasked to disseminate information, through an Infographic, about taking care of one’s respiratory system.
This material will be given to all the people in the community to spread awareness on protecting ourselves
in this time of pandemic. 
Product:
You are expected to create an Infographic about taking care of one’s respiratory system which
will disseminate information to all members of community for them to demonstrate healthful practices.
Likewise, your Infographic must have powerful statements which use modals.  

MDL
 In accomplishing your product, you shall use old magazines, newspapers, books, coloring
materials, and other available materials in your house. 
ODL
 You shall create an Infographic using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, Canva, or any
other application that you know. After creating an Infographic, you are expected to pass your
output via e-mail, messenger, or anywhere your teachers asked you to do so.
