Dear Ma’am Gina,

Good day Ma’am! I am Margielyn C. Guese and I am the Governor of the College of Criminal Justice
Education, Bachelor of Science in Criminology for the academic year 2022-2023 at Colegio De San Gabriel
Arcangel.

The College of Criminal Justice Education will be having an event called “Crim Week” to be held on
November 21-27, 2022. As part of the opening and closing program, we will be having a Team Building and Agility
Test. Team Building Activity (11/21/22) is a series of obstacles course, criminology students’ work together
effectively as a team to increase motivation and promote cooperation. For the closing program we will be having
Agility Test (11/27/22); a physical test that measures the strengths and weaknesses of the criminology students by
performing the following exercises i.e. push-ups, sit-ups, mountain climbing, sprint, etc. also the aforementioned
activities develops discipline and unity in our department. Another activity that we included in our program is the
Inter-color League, where different teams will compete from different sports and tournaments like basketball,
volleyball, firing, ML & COD, and Mr. & Mrs. Criminology.

In connection with this, we would like to request a stand by ambulance (at least 5) on November 21,
2022 (team building) at 9633 Sitio Sulucan, Brgy. Sapang Palay Proper and on November 27, 2022 (agility
test) at City Agriculture that can accommodate at least 900 students to ensure the safety and the medical needs of
the students participating on the said activities.

We highly appreciate your help for this event because it will help us a lot to build unity and better
