 talk about on-the-spot decisions or unplanned future actions with “will/won’t”

Task 1. Study the sentences given below. Underline the time expressions that show future.
1. He’s not going to have a birthday party this weekend.
2. I am going to meet my friends after class.
3. We are going to see a movie later.
4. We aren’t going to go on vacation this summer.

Task 2. Read the invitation below and underline the future structures.
Dear Eliza,
I hope you’re having a wonderful time at your new school!
I am having my birthday party this weekend. The party is going to start at 18.00 and it is going to end
at midnight.
We will have a lot of fun. There is going to be a DJ and we will dance all
night! I also arranged a catering firm for the food. The company is going to
bring the food. It will be delicious!
Please join my party! And don’t forget: No presents!!! If you really want to
buy something, please buy food for animal shelters 
