I, Jean Paul UWAYO, an employee of M/s LASA working as Deputy Project Program Manager do
hereby certify that I have received a copy of the following documents written in a language that
I comprehend:

1. LEA Group International Policy on Prevention of Harassment and Discrimination at


Workplace
2. Code of Conduct for LEA Group of Companies

I also certify that I have understood all the provisions of both the above Policies.

I hereby undertake that during the tenure of my deployment in international projects:

 I shall follow provisions of the above Policies at the workplace, at all times during my
employment on the project.
 I shall report any case of violations of the provisions of these Policies, that come to my
notice, as per procedures laid down in the Policies.

I hereby give my unconditional consent and agree to:

 Cooperate and participate in any disciplinary proceedings or investigation that is


conducted by M/s LEA Associate South Asia Private Limited, related to violation of the
provisions of the Policies.
 Accept and abide with any disciplinary action taken for violation of the provisions of the
Policies, which may include, but is not limited to, coaching, verbal or written warnings,
demotion, suspension, and/or termination from service.
