TRACTUS URINARIUS
Tractus Urinarius

Terdiri atas organ :

1. Ren
2. Ureter
3. Vesica urinaria (Bladder)
4. Urethra
REN

Bentuknya seperti kacang kedelai

Posisi :
Regio abdomen posterior
Disebelah lateral columna vertebra
Retroperitoneal antara Vertebra T.XII –
Vertebra L.III
Ren dextra terletak lebih caudal dari ren
sinistra
Capsula fibrosa
Karakteristik Ren

Sepasang, terletak di
retroperitoneal, terbungkus 3
lapisan: inner fibrous layer, middle
fatty layer dan peritoneum
Ginjal kanan sedikit lebih rendah
dari kiri
Terdiri dari + 1 juta nephron: unit
fungsional ginjal yg berisi
10
Struktur Ren
1. Hilus renalis
2. Cortex renalis
3. Medulla renalis
4. Columna renalis
5. Pyramida renalis
6. Papilla renalis
7. Calyx minor
8. Calyx major
URETER

Suatu saluran yang

menyalurkan urine
dari ren ke vesica
urinaria.
VESICA URINARIA
Bentuknya Pyramida 3 sisi.
Bagian-bagian VU meliputi
1. Apex
2. Basis.
3. Permukaan superior.
4. Permukaan inferolateral.
URETHRA
From the bladder to the outside
Sphincter (external)
voluntary
Female
4-6.5 cm
Meatus between labia minora
Above vagina, below the clitoris
Male
20 cm
Also reproductive organ
FISIOLOGI
Kidneys
 Filter waste products
 Nephron-functional unit
 Glomerulus-initial filtration
 No protein filters through
 Filters ~125cc/minute
 99% reabsorbed
 Functions:
 Fluid-electrolyte, acid-base balance
 Hormone production
 Red blood cell formation erythropoietin
 Blood pressure, water regulation renin
 Bone mineralization Calcitrol Dihydroxycolecalcipherol
 Gluconeogenesis
 Special metabolism : changed inactive – active vit D (1,25-
dihydroxy-vitamin D3), ammonia syntetis
Ureters
 From the kidney to the bladder
• ½ inch diameter
• Retroperitoneal
• Peristalic waves
• Obstruction
 Renal calculus
 Renal colic
Bladder
Hollow, distensible, muscular
organ
◦ Reservoir of urine
 Capacity ~ 600cc
◦ Organ of excretion
 Behind symphysis pubis
 Female-against anterior wall of
uterus
 Trigone
 Sphincter
Urethra
As the bladder becomes full, stretch-sensitive
receptors in its walls are stimulated, and the person
becomes aware of the fullness. When the person is
ready to urinate, or expel urine, the sphincter
relaxes and urine flows from the bladder to the
outside through the urethra. In females, the urethra
is about 3.8 cm (1.5 inch) long and is strictly a
urinary passage. In males, the urethra is about 20
cm (8 inch) long; it passes through the penis and
also serves to convey semen during sexual
intercourse.
