Risk Control measures

After medical examination only depute, medically fit person
Only inducted worker shall be deputed at the work place.

Workmen will use ladder of scaffolding to climb and come down during
activity
All Workmen will be allowed to work on pipe rack with safety harness
anchored to lifeline
Insulation will be removed with hack saw by wearing gloves

All the PET inlet will be blinded

Area will be cleaned, no flammable material will be kept near the hot
work area
No Equipment manhole or nozzle will be kept open
Line LEL will be checked before the HOT work and in between the
activity
Both ends of the pipe will be kept disconnected with the source and
destination

avoid water pressure into eyes.
Pressure will be depressurized through proper drain facility.
Line insulation will be cleaned
All line welding joints will be welded by closing the Main isolation valve
provided inside the polymer block
Lines used earlier I,e BA, MMA will be done with Inert gas flushing continuosly
until the LEL and VOC levels are minimal.

Line will be opened both ends shifted to workshop or other allocated area
