Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1 cups of cocoa powder

1 ½ tsp baking powder

¼ tsp salt

2 eggs

4 tbsp melted butter

1 cup of evaporated milk

2 tsp vanilla

Hi I’m Gianne! So, for today I am going to bake a Choco moist cake that is so delicious so let’s get
started!

First well combine the dry ingredients

 In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup white sugar, 1 ½ tsp baking powder, ¼ tsp
salt and 1 cup cocoa powder. Whisk all together and set that aside
 In another mixing bowl, combine 2 eggs, 1 cup evaporated milk and 2 tsp vanilla. Whisk all
together. Then combine it in the dry ingredients, mix it until well blended
 Spread batter mixture evenly into prepared cake pan
 In a pre-heated steamer, steam it for about 30 minutes
 Once this is out, let it cool for five minutes before adding the cream frosting

Now I am going to show how to make the cake cream frosting

 First add some whipped it cream in a mixing bowl, beat that on high speed for about 2
minutes
 Then gradually add 1 tbsp cold water and 2 tsp of vanilla then beat again for another 2
minutes until it looks stable and stiff
 Divide it into 3 bowls, Color them using food color, then transfer it to a pastry bag fitted with
a pipping tip

Now were ready to frost our cake

 Design it and add a little of pearl sprinkles, and its done! Choco moist cake is ready to serve!
