the defendant filed an abuse case against her partner. Second, her
partner testified that he never abused the defendant. therefore, all we
have to prove is that the defendant abused her partner mark. the
defendant didn't admit that she abused her partner but the witnesses
and the cctv footage proved that the defendant is the abuser. According
to what the judge just told you, that is all we have to prove. Based on the
evidence, you must find the defendant GUILTY

the jury: Elisha was unlucky to be abused by her partner, she stated and
showed evidence that supported her statement against her partner.
