1. Why performance appraisal is important?


 Performance appraisal give as a feedback to each employee or person on his
performance in his/her work. With this report, an employee can take this a
motivation to do better in a future and to learn more for the betterment not
only for the work but also for himself/herself.
2. What do you think are the benefits of performance appraisals to the organization?
 It makes the organization work effectively because the employee or
subordinates knows the things that they need to improve. This also help them
to be more responsible to their actions in work. In addition it helps them to
be more open to their employee and keep the communication between the
organization and the subordinates.
