Lesson 1 – Application Letter in Full Blocked Style

DIRECTIONS:
1. Launch Microsoft Word; click: START BUTTON – ALL PROGRAMS – Microsoft Office Word
2010.
2. From Home tab – find the paragraph group then select Line spacing: line spacing option, set after to 0
pt, Line spacing: set to 0 pt; Apply Font: Calibri & size: 12.
3. Click Page Layout – Margins: Normal, Orientation: Portrait, size: Letter
4. Set Justification then Type the Letter in FULL-BLOCKED STYLE.
5. Type the recent date & time or press Alt + Shift + D & Alt + Shift + T.
6. Change the name of applicant into your name.
7. Save your file in your Local Hard Drive:
8. Click the Filename box then type the filename as LESSON1-FullBlock then click SAVE.
