Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Huynh Khanh Nhu. I have been a member of the garden club for 3
months. I am writing this mail to express my feelings and my suggestions about the
issue that I have received from our club.
According to the notification, the show The Gardens of Japan by Mr.Seiko has just
been canceled due to his illness. Instead, the garden club changed Mr. Seiko’s show
into The Gardens of England show by Mr. Jones. Honestly, I was down in the dumps
when I heard this news since I have been waiting for Mr. Seiko’s show day by day. I
would like to give you some suggestions about this issue.
Firstly, I believe that would be great if we could wait until Mr. Seiko gets well. I
believe the other members also have the same thinking as mine since the previous
survey conducted last month showed that most of our club members voted for The
Garden of Japan by Mr.Seiko. I hope you can talk to Mr. Seiko and convince him to
reschedule the conversation to a date as soon as his condition improves.
I hope that my suggestions are taken into consideration. I look forward to receiving
your response as soon as possible.
Yours faithfully,
