Deliverables- Affordable/Habitat for Humanity/ADA Home

Title Page and Table of Contents


o Include a rendering of your project.
o All your documentation should look professional and be well organized. The title page and
table of contents are an important part of professional documentation.
 Project Description
o Prepare a general overview of the project describing the site and the proposed
project.
o List the project criteria and constraints to the design. Incorporate the Habitat for
Humanity requirements, climate zone, winter design indoor/outdoor temperatures,
thermal envelope requirements, and the information that you gathered from the
client.
o Discuss the universal design features that you included in the design.
o Discuss the green and sustainable features that you included in the design.

 Construction Drawings
o Site Plan
o Rendering
o Floor Plan (fully dimensioned)
o Four Elevations
o Interior Elevations of bathroom and kitchen 
o Typical Wall Section including foundation (with labeled components)
o Window Schedule- after break
o Door Schedule- after break
o Room Schedule- after break
o Electrical Plan – symbols see sheet in 2.3.6- yellow line sketches
o Plumbing Plan – blue line/ sketches (sewage/dirty water is brown line)

o These sketches should be created during the client consultation.

alternate floor plans.
o This sketch is a scaled drawing of the option selected. The sketch should be
reviewed after feedback has been incorporated, approved, and signed by the client.
