Be Kind To Your Teeth
Some of the things that you eat and drink, such as milk and eggs,
help to build strong teeth and bones. However, small bits of food are
left on the gums and between your teeth when you eat. Sugary foods
and drinks can harm your teeth, and you will have to visit the dentist to
fix them. Fruits and vegetables are healthy foods because they contain less sugar than
candy and cookies. You should brush your teeth after every meal to keep
them clean. Fluoride from water, vitamins, and toothpaste also help
protect your teeth.
