Any person working above 2m

height shall be
considered as working at height.
 Ensure all personnel assigned to
work at height are
not afraid of height and medically
fit for height
works.
 Work shall not be allowed to be
carried out
standing over wooden boxes; empty
barrels and
other make shift arrangements.
 In case of any practical
difficulties to provide
proper working platform, safety
harness with fall
arrestors (self inertia reels) shall be
installed and
used.
 Temporary edge protection with
top hand rails at a
height of 1.1mand mid rail at a
height of 0.55 m
and with toe board shall be installed
in all around
the openings in floor slabs.
 For small openings floor co
