The Customer/AR (Authorized Representative) has executed and submitted a Vehicle Form (token) for intent to sell
his/her Vehicle with CARS24. For the sake of brevity, the details of the Customer/AR and Vehicle are not mentioned here
and shall be read as mentioned therein as per the Appointment ID mentioned above. The terms mentioned hereinafter shall
be read in addition to the terms as mentioned in the respective Vehicle Form executed by the Customer/AR.
Important Points:
2) Cancellation charges
a) INR 5000 along with the token amount of INR 1000 to be refunded by Customer/AR if he/she does not
conclude the Transaction of the Vehicle with CARS24 within stipulated timelines.
b) No cancellation charges would be applicable in case of cancellation by CARS24 due to changes in the vehicle
condition or unavailability of the price offered; the customer only has to refund the token amount of INR 1000
in this case.
3) In case Party Peshi (physical presence of registered owner at RTO for RC Transfer) is applicable for your vehicle, the
holdback of Rs.10,000 would be only released once you complete the Party Peshi at RTO. Request for Party Peshi will
be made within 120 days of vehicle delivery
a) If Loan is Closed: Customer/AR to provide the loan closure receipt/ foreclosure statement with zero balance
during car delivery, and the bank NOC must be provided within 20 days of delivery of the vehicle.
b) Loan is not yet closed: Customer/AR to provide the latest foreclosure statement on or before the delivery of
the vehicle and the bank loan NOC within 20 days of the loan closure
c) Customer/AR confirms that there are no Linked Loans that will restrict the transfer of this vehicle
d) Please note customer would be liable for any interest accumulated up to 7 days post-delivery of vehicle and
receipt of all relevant documents to close the loan. An amount equivalent to the same would be deducted from
your NOC holdback amount if applicable.
