Management Development Workshop (2 Days 09am to 05pm)

Day 1
Session 1: Introduction (09am – 9:15am)
Training will start with a brief welcome from the PIM’s Team. This will give PIM an opportunity to explain
the purpose of the training and to give the participants any additional information about the training sessions,
ground rules and introduction of the trainers.
Session 2: Ice Breaking Session (09: 15am to 09:30am)
Exercise: Name Game

 In a group of 2, each participant introduces each other in 5 minutes and then introduce each other
to the participants.
 Introduction may include name; designation; department; anything unique about them (informal);
favorite book/song/destination; etc.
 Trainer may give an example in the beginning for everyone’s idea

Session 3: Effective Communication (09:30am to 10:45am)


We conduct training courses in Communication Skills over two integral areas – Written and Spoken
communication. This course exclusively caters to Effective Communication Skills in Spoken English and is
an Advanced Level Training Course.
Any organization looking to position themselves strategically on the global market will know better than to

Terms and Conditions:


• The training will be conducted on mutually agreed dates and venue.
• Other faculty members can also be involved in trainings.
• Certificates will be issued only to those participants, who would attend the full
program. Late reporting to the training program, absence from the program for
the day or the session will disqualify the participants from receiving the
certificate.
• 50% advance payment is required one week before the date of the training in the
form of a consolidated cheque made in Favor of “Pakistan Institute of
Management”, upon receipt of which the training will be confirmed. The
remaining 50% will be payable on the day of the training. (Tax exemption
certificate will be provided upon request).
• Certificates will be provided once full payment is received.
• This quotation is valid for a period of three months from the date mentioned.
