3) RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

i. Period of study

The survey to know about the customer perception and satisfaction and new era level of Public
and Private sector banks for 4 months.

ii. Data collection

Primary data have been used for this study.

Primary data

Primary data are collected through a questionnaire.

iii. Size of sample

The size of the sample for the study is 50.

iv. Sampling techniques

Convenience sampling techniques were used in arriving at a sampling size.

v. Hypothesis

The suitable hypothesis was framed and tested in relevant places.

vi. Tools used

The following statistical tools were used to analyze and interpret the data:

 Percentage Analysis
 Chi-square Analysis
 ANOVA (Analysis of variance)
 but did not have sufficient time to make the points clear.
