- Implementation the assigned projects according to process regulations and in
line with customer contracts.
- A consultant for management, customers & other contact persons to support
and sustain the business process.
- Responsible for supporting the negotiation of the contracts.
- Responsible for the assigned project planning, scheduling, implementation,
controlling and reporting in order to sustain and improve the defined quality.
- Support of offer preparation and sales group during the contract definition
and negotiation phase.

- Set a clear project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop Procurement Strategy covers budget, tender schedule, vendor list
- Allocate necessary resource for the project
2. Project Implementation& Control
- Control timeline of Project Implementation includes: office, consultants, direct
suppliers, contractors and landlord
- Ensure regular report on project cost, schedule, quality, risks
- Coordinate team to achieve project milestones
- Lead the contract administration, variations and payment claims process
3. Project Closing and Handover
- Make sure the project is satisfied to take over accordingly to law and contract
- Manage handover of the project as planned
