With reference to the discussion of our Management team about the MT Program at Sainsbury, I
wanted to communicate you that the discussion regarding the launch of an MT Program has come into
consideration once again, and there are several points that we need to discuss. In this regard, I have
scheduled a meeting on 14th of October, at 9:00 am in the morning.

As our organization continues to expand, therefore we would be requiring good and trained resources in
future for robust growth and prosperity. In contrast, there are several aspects that we need to discuss
and take into consideration, as well as I have also made a list of few questions, which are mentioned as
below, that I think should be covered and become a part of the discussion at the next management
meeting.

 What are the advantages and disadvantages of the launch of an MT Program at Sainsbury?
 What will be the consequences if we launch an MT Program at Sainsbury?
 What will be the satisfactory compensation to be paid to the MTs, in contrast to our
competitors?
 What will be the tenure of the MT Program?
 Where this MT Program will be launched within Sainsbury?
 What departments would be chosen for the experiment of this MT Program?

Thank you, Sam, for sending me the invitation to your child’s first birthday party, but sadly, I wouldn’t be
able to attend this vital event of your life, due to some of my prior commitments this weekend.

But I still remember that smile and calmness on your face, when you came to the office with a box of
chocolates and a great news of responsibility, that you have become a father now. The time flies and the
little fellow has completed his first year of joyful life. Wishing your son a delighted happy birthday and
excited years ahead.
