Confidentiality Agreement
AEO is operating in highly competitive markets that value integrity and trust. For this reason, all external
service providers are bound to a confidentiality agreement related to technical matters specifically results
based on the AEO inspection activities made for our customers. External Service providers may not disclose
all information and documentation obtained or provided in the course of the service provided with an outside
person or entity.
All external service providers have read and signed the confidentiality agreement presented below as an
acceptance of the confidentiality agreement. This is mainly intended to discourage sharing confidential
information regarding processes and operation thereof for their benefit or to the detriment of AEO.
As the external service provider who wish to enter into a service relationship with AEO or its affiliates and
subsidiaries, I agree not to disclose any "Confidential Information" gained from the execution of my service at
AEO.
Confidential Information applies particularly to non-public information whether written or oral about
Documents, Procedures, Customer Information, and shall include but not limited to all data, reports,
interpretations, and records which the AEO, customer, and other external service providers had furnished or
disclosed or had access to heretofore or hereafter in the course of the discussions and/or relationship. They
are not to be shared outside the organization or other parties unless authorized by AEO Management or if
required by the authority.
The external service provider have read and place its signature below as a sign of understanding and
acceptance of this Confidentiality Agreement.

Impartiality Agreement
AEO maintains independence, impartiality, and objectivity in all its inspection activities. It is therefore
important that external service provider should follow the same. The external service providers should act
impartially and objectively and should be aware of any conflict of interest that may arise before the execution
of the service provided where necessary controls should be implemented firsthand.
The external service provider of the AEO has read and understand the following impartiality agreement
before the implementation of the provided service:
1. The external service provider representative does not have any relationship with the AEO personnel.
2. The external service provider should ensure that their representative is not associated with the AEO
for the past 3 years.
3. The external service provider should not provide any gift to the AEO personnel.
4. The external service provider should ensure that they will not engage any financial transaction with
the AEO personnel.
5. The external service provider representative should not engage to other activities for AEO other than
the services agreed with them.
6. The external service provider shall consider the volume of work and provide adequate manpower to
avoid any pressures on the allotted work.
7. During evidence and verification of the work done as per the contract, the external service provider
should maintain openness and transparency.
8. External service provider is bound to maintain honesty and integrity in all individual and business
dealings, and take all necessary steps to avoid conflicts of interests.
The external service provider has read the impartiality agreement presented above and placed its signature
as an acceptance of this Impartiality agreement.
