13 in this COMPLAINT ( which will be in several parts) I will address various matters
14 albeit not stated in any order of importance, while some must be considered also as to my past
15 complaints provided to IBAC.

10 150 Research Studies Affirm Naturally Acquired Immunity to COVID -19

12 We should not force COVID vaccines on anyone when the evidence shows that
13 naturally acquired immunity is equal to or more robust and superior to existing
14 vaccines. Instead, we should respect the right of the bodily integrity of individuals to
15 decide for themselves.
16 Public health officials and the medical establishment with the help of the politicized
17 media are misleading the public with assertions that the COVID-19 shots provide
18 greater protection than natural immunity. CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, for
19 example, was deceptive in her October 2020 published LANCET statement that “there is no
20 evidence for lasting protective immunity to SARS-CoV-2 following natural infection” and
21 that “the consequence of waning immunity would present a risk to vulnerable populations
22 for the indefinite future.”
23 Immunology and virology 101 have taught us over a century that natural immunity confers
24 protection against a respiratory virus’s outer coat proteins, and not just one, e.g. the SARS-
25 CoV-2 spike glycoprotein. There is even strong evidence for the persistence of antibodies.
26 Even the CDC recognizes natural immunity for chicken-pox and measles, mumps, and
27 rubella, but not for COVID-19.
28 The vaccinated are showing viral loads (very high) similar to the unvaccinated (Acharya et
29 al. and Riemersma et al.), and the vaccinated are as infectious. Riemersma et al. also report
30 Wisconsin data that corroborate how the vaccinated individuals who get infected with the
31 Delta variant can potentially (and are) transmit(ting) SARS-CoV-2 to others (potentially to
32 the vaccinated and unvaccinated).
33 This troubling situation of the vaccinated being infectious and transmitting the virus
34 emerged in seminal nosocomial outbreak papers by Chau et al. (HCWs in Vietnam),
35 the Finland hospital outbreak (spread among HCWs and patients), and the Israel hospital
36 outbreak (spread among HCWs and patients). These studies also revealed that the PPE and
37 masks were essentially ineffective in the healthcare setting. Again, the Marek’s disease in
38 chickens and the vaccination situation explains what we are potentially facing with these
39 leaky vaccines (increased transmission, faster transmission, and more ‘hotter’ variants).
40 Moreover, existing immunity should be assessed before any vaccination, via an accurate,
41 dependable, and reliable antibody test (or T cell immunity test) or be based on
42 documentation of prior infection (a previous positive PCR or antigen test). Such would be
43 evidence of immunity that is equal to that of vaccination and the immunity should be
44 provided the same societal status as any vaccine-induced immunity. This will function to
45 mitigate the societal anxiety with these forced vaccine mandates and societal upheaval due
46 to job loss, denial of societal privileges etc. Tearing apart the vaccinated and the
47 unvaccinated in a society, separating them, is not medically or scientifically supportable.
48 The Brownstone Institute previously documented 30 studies on natural immunity as it
49 relates to Covid-19.

22 It must be clear from this and the rest of the article that the hospital forcing/coercing Mary to be
23 vaxxed had no medical/health purpose to either improve Mary’s health/wellbeing and/or was to
24 protect any hospital staff from becoming infected. To the contrary the hospital policy actually
25 caused hospital staff to be more a danger to Mary! This as by them being vaxxed they now could
26 spread any infection by shedding, etc, upon Mary.

42 There in my view cannot be any excuse to claim that because the understanding about the (so
43 called) ‘vaccine’s effectiveness has changed’ as after all long before those so called vaccines
44 were used there were ample of scientist and medical doctors warning about the likely
45 consequences of being vaxxes and indeed the FDA itself in October 2020 published a list about
46 the numerous health problems including death that could result from being vaxxxed.
47 Also, as now is proven the pharmaceutical companies were providing false/fraudulent details.
48 No use for the TGA to claim it was entitled to rely upon those details as after all it on its website
49 made clear it would consider that Australians would be involved. In my view it skipped totally
50 this consideration and allowed the misuse and abuse of the provisional approval to conduct a
51 “clinical trial” to be used for coercion, unlawful commercial usage of the alleged vaccines,
52 allowed for a product not being a ‘vaccine’ to be used as if it was a ‘vaccine’ to sidestep

1 regulatory requirement if it had been accepted not as a ‘vaccine’ but as a ‘gene therapy’, etc.
2 This is why I have previously indicated that the TGA should have absolutely no direct financial
3 contact with any “Sponsor” (being a company seeking approval for a product) but that the TGA
4 must forward the Bill to the Minister of Finance which then bill the relevant Sponsor and monies
5 are then paid directly into Consolidated Revenue Funds without any financial involvement of
6 the TGA.

14 I below will provide some screenshots of the video “Has Big Pharma Hijacked
15 Evidence Based Medicine” which also highlights changes that need to be made towards
16 the medical profession gaining a better understanding as to the particular medical needs
17 of a patient as well as a separation between the pharmaceutical companies and the body
18 to approve the item presented for evaluation. As such, keep pharmaceutical companies
19 away from the testing (other than their own) and ensure that testing is done in “clinical
20 trails” by independent testers who have no financial or other connection with the
21 “Sponsor”.

1 Obviously, one has to ask if the medical staff didn’t understand this then how could they
2 be competent in appropriately caring for a patient, besides doing some operation. In this
3 case the operation was a success but the patient (by delay) ended up death.

5 Australians have their constitutional, legal, human and natural rights and in my view
6 hospitals cannot blatantly ignore those rights, yet nevertheless did so all based upon
7 alleged ‘science’ that was a fiction of their mind rather than upon proper scientific data.
8 It must always be accepted that medical staff often have to do some guess work as to
9 what a person may or may not suffer from and this is why communication between
10 doctor and patient is essential, however, with AHPRA and medical boards reportedly
11 having denied the medical profession to say anything against the government incorrect
12 narrative this free flow of communication between doctor and patient was unduly
13 severely restricted.

44 It should however be understood that the States cannot interfere with any legislative
45 powers granted by the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 (UK) to the
46 Commonwealth. While the Commonwealth did original legislate within its legislative
47 powers for the Quarantine Act 1908 its replacement the Biosecurity Act 2015 (Cth) was
48 a considerable broadening of powers that as I understand it was never properly
49 challenged as to its constitutional validity.

1 In any event, when it comes to QUARANTINE (See part 9) it must be clear that
2 infectious diseases amongst “man-kind” for which any form of quarantine (such as mask
3 wearing, social distancing, lockdowns, lockouts, QR code, ring of steel, etc, were and
4 remain outside the legislative, executive and administrative powers of the States.
5 As I wrote before any vaxxing by the States (Territories are quasi States) regarding
6 infectious diseases in “man-kind” are outside its legislative, executives and
7 administrative powers.
8 Therefore, the coercion/force to have a cancer patient (or any other patient) to be vaxxed
9 by a State hospital outside the Commonwealth powers to allegedly control an infectious
10 disease
11 Obviously the question then is what did the Commonwealth do for more than a century
12 that the States no longer had this ‘concurrent” legislative powers since it in 1908 became
13 exclusive Commonwealth legislative powers? Well it seems politicians are more
14 interested in expanding their power then to act within the legal principles embedded in
15 the constitution.

13 The (Victoria) Cotterill case might be a clear example where the High Court of Australia made a
14 certain decision in Palmer v WA and then the Supreme Court of Victoria relied upon this
15 decision this even so the Cotterill case had nothing to do with Section 92 but rather with the
16 purported exercise of powers by the State of Victoria regarding mandates upon Victorians. I
17 have previously already addressed the incorrect application of law in the Palmer v WA by the
18 High Court of Australia and so no need to repeat the same. Safe to state that if seeking to avoid
19 the transmission of any infectious disease that also can be carried by domestic animals such as
20 cats and dogs then surely one has to wonder why those domestic animals were able to freely
21 cross State borders?

23 I have previously also extensively canvassed that mask wearing was mere harmful to the wearer
24 and served no purpose as to avoid transmission of any infectious diseases between humans and
25 so I will not now delve in the same details. However, hospitals were denying proper medical
26 care on the basis that a patient needed to wear a mask but didn’t do so!

28 What we therefore had/have is that hospitals (and other care centres)( were not at all basing any
29 decisions upon scientific facts but it appears to me were doing no more but to comply with the
30 demands, etc, of private organisations, and politicians did so likewise.

33 their minions were more interested in serving the U.N., WHO, W.E.F. and others.

43 branded a murderer, etc, for not being vaxxed She was even denied to accompany me to do
44 nothing more but shopping! Ample of Victorians still seems to be sheeple to hold that Premier
45 Daniel Andrews was their savoir rather than that he may have committed
46 TREASON/TERRORISM and they are foolish or plain stupid to understand and comprehend
47 this.

8 The following 2 quotations I cannot agree with as the purported SARS-VOC-2 virus simply has

14 Premier Daniel Andrews, notably as a former minister for health, celebrated zero deaths and zero
15 cases with ‘donuts’. Precisely the opposite of what I view he should have promoted and that is

1 weight loss. The same with Chief Medical Officer Brett Sutton, he too was political with his
2 ‘donuts’. Yet, had they promoted weight loss and had financial support by the Commonwealth
3 for Victorians to get assistance to lose weight then this might have been far better in the overall
4 then all the monies wasted on vaxxing people and have them subjected to compulsory mask
5 wearing, lock downs, social distancing, lockouts, ring of steel, etc.

16 Over the years we often were reminded about ambulance delays well before 2020 and if
17 anything I view that Premier Daniel Andrews, the Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton and the
18 various Ministers for Health all bungled the entire issue. Instead of concentrating on what may
19 make people vulnerable to pneumonia, etc, they added to the problems by injecting people (such
20 as over 60) with a flu shot that did no more in my view as to diminish their immune system. The
21 basically did the opposite than that should have been done, including promoting eating donuts
22 Instead of lockdowns, mask, social distancing, lockdowns, lockouts, curfews, QR code they
23 ought to have considered the real science and it may have in real terms avoided numerous
24 victims to end up with disabilities and even to die and overwhelming the medical services. In
25 my view around Australia we had sheer incompetence and they are still pushing the same.
26 This is why they must be all held legally accountable so never again they will and neither
27 other act the same or similar.

32 Mary we subjected to vilification, etc. We must never allow those TERRORIST get away with
33 what they did. Premier Daniel Andrews and his minions may hold they got away with it but that
34 might be just their illusion.
