MINUTES OF THE MEETING

8-ZAMORA

WHAT: Homeroom PTA Meeting

WHEN: September 6, 2022

WHERE: Grade 8- Zamora Classroom

WHO: Parents/Guardians of Grade 8-Zamora Students
Attendees: 9 parents attended the meeting.

The meeting was precided by Diana F. Galias as the Adviser, at 1:00 P.M to 2:00 P.M on September
6, 2022 at the Grade 8-Zamora Classroom. The meeting started with a simple introduction of the
requirements for school ID and informing the parents the template of the School ID. The parents will only
submit a 1x1 photo of their children and the school will then shoulder everything, from printing, lamination
up to the lanyard that the students will use for the ID.
Next is the discussion of the School Rules and Regulation which was carefully explained by Ms.
Diana Galias, that they all agreed on, with some questions that were answered immidiately. Then the short
statement about the School Uniform which the school is not that strict about but still the students need to
have a proper uniform and never wear inappropriate clothing inside the school premises. Followed by the
Election of the Homeroom PTA Officers wherein Mr. Arnel Estrabela became the newly elected President,
Ms. Cristy De La Cruz is the Vice-President, the Secretary is Ms. Mary Ann Hila followed by the Treasurer
being Ms. Rose Enteria, and for the Auditor namely Arceli Lagata and lastly the Business Manager is
Marilou Fegason respectively.
Lastly, the project of their batch which will be the 3 electric fan, that the students indire need of, for
the classroom to be more conducive for learning.
With no further discussion at hand, the meeting was adjourned at 2:00 P.M. to give time for the
President of each section to have a separate meeting for the Grade Level Officers which was precided by
Ma’am Melody Galias in her 8- Rizal Classroom.
