CONDITION OF CRANK SHAFT AND EXISTING SIZE Crank shaft main and bid-end jurnal area excess wornout.So Crank shaft need to under size 0.25mm.
CONDITION OF CYLINDER HEAD After testing the Cylinder head,we have found leakage from cylinder head water cap.
CONDITION OF VALVE, GUIDE, SHEET & SEAL Valve and Valve Guide excessive wornout.Also valve seat pitting.
CONDITION OF CROSSHEAD/ROCKER/ROCKER ARM Found ok.
CONDITION OF TIMING GEARS Found ok.
CONDITION OF LUBRICATING PUMP Lubricating pump Internal & External rotor got scoring,need to replace.
CONDITION OF SELF STARTER & ALTERNATOR Self stater Planetary Gear and Bearing got damage, need to replace.
CONDITION OF WATER PUMP AND THERMOSTAT Water pump impeller blade got broken, need to replace.
STATUS OF FUEL INJECTION PUMP & INJECTORS 1 nos Fuel injector body found crack need to replace.

Crank shaft ,Connecting rod tested to Asansol Engineering ,and Cylinder block and cylinder head and
Cylinder block tested at our CWS.

After testing the Cylinder head,we have found leakage from cylinder head water cap. And Crank shaft main and bid-

It has come to CWS for 1st time.As per our primary observation,the Engine got pertially effected by
