Subject: Amazon USA FBA Fees Issue

Dear Mr. Jeff,

With utmost reverence it is stated that my name is Faraz Yasin, an Owner of Brand “RFAQK” Selling with
the seller id: A3721HIRWQX01V at Amazon USA and other marketplaces as well. I have been selling fine
at Amazon doing FBA PL for many years, but now I have faced a critical FBA fees issue regarding one of
my top selling product (ASIN: B08C312JRV, SKU: HB-H3BP-COOI and FNSKU: X002R81Z5X). I have
been trying to solve this case for the past few months but it is not solved yet.

My issue is Amazon is charging $5.06 FBA fees to my above ASIN’s or SKU’s instead of $4.27. I have
already opened Case Log against this issue under Case Id: 11294679171 (Email Screenshot is attached).
After this, I don’t receive and useful information from Amazon support against my issue. They are just
sending me the dimensions and products.
Why am I claiming a Reimbursement of FBA Fees?
Following are the reasons why I want to Claim:

1) Wrong FBA Fees:

According to Amazon FBA Revenue Calculator and the dimensions of my above FNSKU(s) which is
provided by Amazon, the FBA fees of above mentioned FNSKU is $4.27 instead of $5.06. Even I
have also calculated FBA fees with these dimensions and weight that are provided by Amazon.
