Brief Introduction to Thesis:
The focus of this research is to evaluate the current situation of the dairy
industries in Bangladesh, primarily concentrating on how Dairy Firms in
Bangladesh are entering the industry. Over half of Bangladesh's population
depends on farming for their livelihood, making agricultural and livestock
raising essential industries. Farming systems in Bangladesh are not complete
without the dairy industry. Food security, access to high-quality protein,
economic growth, and alleviation of poverty have all been a result of the
program. Direct and indirect job creation has resulted from the dairy industry's
engagement in farming. Recognizing this fact, the government has amended its
policy to give the public and private sectors, equal weight in their attempts to
alleviate the problem facing the dairy business through various initiatives. Along
with this, the government is working to liberalize the current policy in order to
encourage the private sector and non-governmental organizations to take
initiatives to grow the dairy business. Additionally, this evaluation examines
Bangladesh's dairy industry's potential and opportunities. In both rural and urban
areas, the dairy development initiative is implemented by Bangladesh's private
sector, and it has emerged. This article has also examined the present situation of
dairy firm development through the utilization of a range of entering the
industry.

The purpose of each of the research included in this thesis is the same: to provide
empirical proof of the ways in which various driving and restraining forces, both on the
farm and in the surrounding environment, may either help to or hinder the success of the
farm as a whole. In addition, one of the aims of the thesis is to carry out at least some of
the study in such a way that it may be put to use on specific farms right away.
Researchers related generally utilized management's main success elements to measure
farm cost and revenue efficiency in order to evaluate the usefulness of these
characteristics in forecasting great economic performance in dairy farms. One method
for accomplishing this objective is to perform an analysis of the entire structure of
inefficiency by investigating all significant aspects of operational effectiveness at the
farm level. To investigate the ways in which differences in farm size influence
economic, technical, and allocated input efficiencies at the farm level, as well as scale
efficiencies and the repercussions of those efficiencies. To provide empirical data on the
impact that important potential driving or restraining forces have on-farm strategy and,
as a result, farm performance; this is the primary objective. To investigate the effects of
personal qualities and decision-making characteristics on the productivity of farms, as
well as the effects of personal qualities on the decision-making characteristics that are
essential for the productivity of farms.
