MERiH Door controller connection: EN81-1 STANDARD

COM: Is connected to 1000 in IBC board (wire No.3)

OPEN: is connected to PR2 in IBC board (wire No.5)

CLOSE: is connected to PR3 in IBC board (wire No.4)

Also you have to make a bridge from PR23C to 100 and PR1C

Because it’s close input, while PR3 of IBC is high (when Arcode gives door close command) then close
should have 24V dc.

Arcode gives door open command and controller gets this open command.

Wire No. 1&2 must be connected door operator power supply 220V AC

Wire No. 10&11 must be connected to car door contact.

Wire No.7 must be connected to 24 AC in the door operator and make a bridge on the next terminal of
F! and ON.

Wires of No. 6, 8, 9 is spare in this standard of EN81-1, it is used for EN81-20 Standard.

You will make a bridge on +24V and terminal of (+) in safety board of the door controller.

Also another bridge from GND and terminal of (-) in the safety board of the door operator.
