Essay: The human resource department sees that majority of the employees in ABC
Hotel lack creativity. With this in mind, you are tasked to come up with a program or
activity that will help them improve/develop their creativity.

Human Resource Department sees the problem of ABC Hotel lack of creativity. Being the one
who assigned the tasked to develop the Hotel’s creativity, I will improve & develop the hotel’s creativity
by creating website,instagram,facebook pages in the hotel , each pages I also include the images and
videos of the rooms, lobby and any amenities in Hotel including the restaurant , swimming pool,
spa,gym and etc. The team members also create a promotional video or a virtual tour in hotel for social
media followers and they will able to see the whole hotel, and how versatile it can be and they also get
prospects and would-be guests acquainted with the hotel and give them a good idea of what they can
expect upon arrival.
