    Sir We are pleased to submit our quotation for your Labor and materials requirements. Thank you.

    SCOPE: Supply and Installation of 0.7mm thk,Dia. 2mm Perforated Ceiling Panels Clip-in, Powder Coated Bone White
    Area = 2,410.6 sq.m

    To supply materials and labor with supervision for the installation of JAMECA Perforated Ceiling Panels 2' x 4' x 0.7mm thk and
    2' x 2' x 0.7mmthk using suspension system for Jameca clip-in with and approximated area of
    2,410.6 sq.m………………………………………………….……………………………………………………..@ 2,650.00 / sq.m ₱ 6,386,500.00

    Terms and Condition:


    1. Exlusive of the ff. (Performance Bond, Guarantee Bond, CARI and Public Liability Insurance)
    2. Owner/client to supply/provide water, electricity and storage space for the duration of the
    projects free of charger to Primeline Engineering Services
    3. Work Duration - 120 Working Days
    4. Work area should be free from other trade obstruction.
    5. Any incidental cost (like demobilization/remobilization and stand-by-pay) due to delays not
    attributed to Aspirant Builders Corporation shall be charged to the Owner accordingly.
    6. Price herein are based on the above subjects, areas and specifications. Any changes, alterations
    and additional scope of work shall be treated separately, and shall be implemented only upon
    agreement by both parties.
    7. Turn-over of completed works are deemed accepted if no written complaint is received within
    Fifteen (15) days after receipt of turn-over letter.
    8. Billing shall be based on the actual area(s) covered.
    9. Any civil/masonry works are not included.
    10. Price Validity: September 17, 2022
    11. 50% Down Payment & 50% Progress Billing, Payable to 7 days upon reciept of each billing
    12. Work shall start only after downpayment, any delay of subsequent payment ei. progress billing with duration of two(2) weeks
    delay shall constitute on hold on going works until payment has been made.
