Introduction: -
Reading is a pastime that survived the invention of
mobile phones, computers, and streaming platforms
like Netflix. Despite all the new technology, reading
is still loved by children and adults alike, allowing us
to escape into our favorite fantasy words or learn
about prominent people in their biographies.

While there are people out there who read to learn

new information, there are those who are rather
fond of reading for pleasure. These are the kind of
people that can spend hours reading, being drawn
into the world. These people love books and reading
so much that it might not be super relaxing before
bed, as you’re too excited to find out what happens
next. But this isn’t most of us.

Reading books, aside from the obvious benefit of

education, also allows you to relax and lose yourself
in a narrative that is far from what you are
experiencing, and gives you different perspectives
about a number of topics.
Reading also helps you sleep better and we’ll be
looking into how this pastime can have you sleeping
easy. Hopefully you might be inspired to pick up the
habit yourself. Read on!
Importance: -
Much like a speaking vocabulary, a writing vocabulary
encompasses the words you can easily summon and
use. From action words to descriptive words and
beyond, a strong vocabulary facilitates precise
writing and helps you avoid vague words. As you
broaden your range of vocabulary, you become
better able to describe specific settings, emotions,
and ideas. You also hone a skill that’s known among
writers as “painting with words.”

The most valuable vocabulary words are those that

you can recall and use almost automatically. After all,
learning vocabulary is only valuable if you can
actually use your new words in a piece of writing
and—equally important—use them correctly. If you
ask a published author for writing tips, you’ll likely be
told that it’s better to correctly use common words
than to incorrectly use complex words. Fortunately, a
key benefit of a better vocabulary is being able to use
both common and complex words with equal
precision.
Reading books before sleeping: -
Vocabulary learning is an essential part in foreign
language learning as the meanings of new words are
very often emphasized, whether in books or in
classrooms. It is also central to language teaching and
is of paramount importance to a language learner.
Recent research indicate that teaching vocabulary

may be problematic because many teachers are not

confident about best practice in vocabulary teaching
and at times don’t know where to begin to form an
instructional emphasis on word learning (Berne &
Blachowicz, 2008) In this article, I summarize
important research on the impotence of vocabulary
and explaining many techniques used by English
teachers when teaching English, as well as my own
personal view of these issues.
Using Google translator: -

The way that Google Translate works is that it uses

frequency of word pairs between two languages as a
database for its translations. Although this works well
in some cases, often this means that it cannot put a
translation into proper context without the help of a
human. In fact, it may in some circumstances come
up with outright errors or extremely awkward literal
translations. While these can often be amusing, there
is nothing funny about making mistakes on serious
business document translations or when critical
information is communicated incorrectly. So, what
are the pros and cons of Google translate
Reading Newspaper daily: -

Reading a newspaper daily helps you develop not

only your communication skills, but also a good
vocabulary. You will learn new words and new ways
of writing. Maintain a diary of words that you come
across daily. Make your own sentences using those
words; just by noting down the words won’t help.

Reading newspapers automatically improves one’s

language skills. News items and articles are written
by learned and intelligent people. They know how to
use language as an efficient tool for expression and
communication.
Talking with people’s: -
You need good communication skills to work

effectively with others in person, through email or by

other means. Knowing which words to use and when

is an important part of being a strong communicator.

Building your vocabulary is one easy way to improve

your communication skills. Having a large vocabulary

can help you choose the right word or phrase needed

for the situation, allowing you to easily convey your

ideas, concerns, decisions and more

Using social media: -
today’s generation social media is becoming very
famous between children and adults. Social media is
useful for many things among them one is: - Having
conversation with people. Having a conversation with
random people on social media is become very
common. People talk with others to make friends and
for business purposes.
Below are some benefits of Having conversation on
social media

skills.
