Robert George Seale was born on October 22nd 1936 in Texas.

He lived with his family in extreme poverty but he attended Berkeley High School. At
the age of 19 he joined the United Air Force from which he was discharged due to bad
leadership. Then he worked as a sheet metal mechanic and studied for his college at
night. After his diploma he studied engineering, natural sciences and politics. He got
touch with the AAA, American Black History a group that advises black separatism.
In a summer youth camp he taught young people the history of black Americans and
their responsibilities in society.
In 1966 he founded the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense with the slogan “Freedom
for any important opinion for themselves”.
For Seal the Black Panther Party was a revolutionary righteous front against the racism.
Together with Newton he prepared their Ten-Point program with their ideals and the
type of operational plans. Bobby Seale resigned from his own party because he was
beaten so much by Newton that he had to go to hospital. After the Black Panther, 62
years old, he wrote his autobiography, taught black studies at University, helped many
non-profit social organisations and worked with young political advocates to influence
political change and students in community organizing and social Justice in the 2000s.
