1. I am authorising the company to credit the amount(s) to the specific FBO ID# as listed in
the table below against the total deposit of ` /- made on

2. This/these amount(s) henceforth can only be used by the FBO(s) in whose name the said
amount(s) have been transferred/credited.
3. All information including passwords will be communicated only to the FBO’s registered mobile
number.
4. ONLY once the FBO’s mobile number is registered in the system, the said amounts can be utilized.
5. If the amount is not utilised within 9 months from the date of deposit, the amount will be
automatically refunded to the FBO in whose name the amount has been credited as given in
the table given below.
6. I agree to submit any identification documents upon request.

How does Advance Allocation Work?
1 You may deposit your amounts in the following ways in our accounts:

through Bank through Online Transfer through FLP India Counter

Cash Deposit Inter Account Transfer Cash

ATM Deposit NEFT/RTGS Transfer Debit/Credit Card

Cheque Deposit UPI Payment

Demand Draft /Pay Order Cheque

2 Fill up the Advance Allocation Form (AAF) and specify the FBO IDs# against which the amounts
are to be allocated/credited. The duly filled AAF along with the payment proof must be sent via
email to flpcare@flpindia.net or handed over to the cashier at any FLP India counter.
Incomplete AAFs and/or incomplete set of documents will NOT be accepted.

3 Once the amount has been received in the Company’s Bank Account, the amounts will be
allocated to the FBOs who’s names and amounts have been mentioned in the AAF. Once the
amount has been allocated to an FBO, an OTP (One Transaction Password) SMS will be sent
by the system to that FBOs registered mobile number. If the FBO has not registered his/her
mobile number with the company, he/she may send an email with his/her FBO ID# and mobile
number from his/her registered email address to flpcare@flpindia.net

4 While processing the order, the FLP Representative will ask you to provide with OTP without
which the order CANNOT be processed. After utilizing the amount for an order, if there is
any balance amount, a new OTP will be generated and sent to the FBO’s registered mobile
number. The latest OTP will have to be provided everytime an amount has to be utilized for
the order.

Kindly Note:
1. Each FBO must register his/her mobile number with the company to utilize the amount.
2. No changes of FBO ID# can be made once the amounts have been allocated to that FBO.
3. A maximum limit of Rs 1,99,999/- is accepted as an advance in cash.
