I. The matters deliberated upon and considered by the GAD Committee during its
Regular Meeting dated 18 October 2022 are as follows:

A. REORGANIZATION OF THE COMMITTEE

The appointed members conducted the reorganization of the Committee & elected

B. Gender Sensitivity Trainings

The Committee will facilitate Gender Sensitivity Trainings for PSO Personnel &
selected Main Office employees. This webinar intends to cater the newly-hired
employees and PSO personnel who were unable to attend the previously
conducted GST seminar.

 C. GAD Flyer
The Committee initiated the distribution of Breast Cancer Awareness flyers in
celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month from 19 to 30 October 2022.
This initiative is done to spread the importance of early detection of breast
cancer among men and women.

The flyers were reproduced in 500 copies each and distributed to the PSOs for
dissemination to their respective offices from 24 to 30 October 2022.

A digital copy of the flyer will also be sent to PSO emails to be posted on their
official Facebook accounts.
