1. Plotting

 Plotting is the same as printing, Plotting is where we convert

our drawings to PDF file before we print.

 It is useful to plot your drawings if you want to share your

drawings to other

 Below is the measurement of standard size of paper which

we always use A4 and sometimes A3.

How to plot your drawings?

1. Type in plot or you can click on the print icon

2. This window will appear on your AutoCAD

3. Choose dwg to pdf

4. Choose the paper size (it depends on the size of the paper that you

use)

5. On the plot area choose “Window” then you can specify your plot

area on your drawings.

6. Make sure to tick “center the plot” and make sure to tick

7. Lastly choose the drawing orientation of your paper either

landscape or portrait.

8. Then you are done you can access your file in pdf.
