Shipping

i. Check staff’s website for orders of the day by logging into Todak Store website.
ii. If there is any order for the day, then shipping needs to be prepared. The procedure is
as follow:
a. Determine which item/product bought by customer.
b. Get the product from warehouse behind and update its in & out stock flow in the table
as provided by Mawardi. 
c. Weight the product (if needed) or just simply check Todak Store Official Website for
each product’s weight based on its information section.
d. Pack the product properly & securely with bubble wrap available and insert the
packed product into the specific Easy Parcel envelope.
e. Book Easy Parcel courier for shipment pick up, choosing the best courier available
with the best shipping price provided.
f. Once all the information required for shipping is filled in, print TWO copies of the
shipment consignment note; one is to be put together with the parcel, and another one
is to be kept by Showroom staff for future reference (filed).
g. Provide the respective tracking number found on the consignment note to any
Customer Service (CS) staff for them to inform customers on the successful shipment.
i.  Assist any shipping courier coming in & out for the day (parcel pick up/parcel
received).
ii. In special cases (example; birthday card requested by customers to be inserted
together in parcel) it is to be done and prepared by all means and will later be inserted
inside the parcel before it is shipped.
