Yes, I have experience in coal mining industry for 11 years and 1 year in bauxite mining
industry, but specifically 5 years in coal quality management. commodity inspection as I
know is one of the important processes in a series of mining activities, where commodity

My responsibilities are inspect, observe and make geological and geotech reports, create
exploration budgets and control exploration activities. Create a geological model / update
model based on exploration results and update the model based on the actual roof floor in
the mined area

Less than one month ago I submitted my resignation due to i would like to focus to find a
new job near with the city so i can bring my family to the city.

achieve company's target or goals in effective and efficient way.

When many issues regarding declining coal quality are beyond my control. what i did to
solve is :
1. by asking my superior and brainstorming how to solve the problem.

Listen from both sides what really happened and arrange a meeting between them. I have to
be neutral to see the problems that arise. find a solution that is acceptable to both parties,
ensuring that both parties understand and can work together again in a conducive manner.

being a manager have to understand how to do coaching and counseling. manager should
give a counseling to the member who underperforming with several approach but the main
purpose is they understand what is the difficulty or obstacle and how to improve they
performing

Creating a conducive working atmosphere by considering approaches to different

generations in the team, being open in every discussion, providing equal opportunities for
all members to express opinions, ideas or criticisms. schedule informal gatherings outside of
