History of village

This village was established in the year of 1988 the re-established of this village situated at lalupra
and sadarpurn under in the eyes of panchayat land. This village was established according to the
base of chandigar land. The importance of this village is that if we stand any road of this village, we
can see the whole scenario of the village.

Several types of program held in this village like save the girls, educated the girls, health related as
well as protection of good and healthy environment involved in this programs and all types of
religion get to gather in an amicable nature and celebrate each and every programs in an extract
mood.

Mela details
A fair for livelihood was organized on the occasion of Dussehra with the help of SVEP. In the morning
of Dussehra, on October 8, 2019, fair stalls were set-up in Peerabadoli Gram Panchayat, Block
Gharaunda, District Karnal to promote livelihood in the village help with SVEP. The mela inaugurated
by sri Ashok kumar the sarapanch of pirbaduali grama panchayat. The Population of the panchayat
near abour 2000 and the nearest villages are also same. There are 5 villages near to the pirbaduali.
Objectives

1) Encourage of rural women entrepreneurs.

2) Use local resources.
3) Searching new source of income for entrepreneurs.
4) Social amicable to each other.
5) Encourage of people awareness about project.

The main objectives of SVEP promote rural women entrepreneurs, increase family income and
maintain good life style. The main attraction of this fair was the products made by rural women. This
mela was conducted by SVEP help of HSRLM staffs and no any investment in this fair. All fair
expenses beared by the gram panchayat Peerabadoli sarpanch.

The main manufacturing products sold in the mela were Masala powders, LED bulb, Chappals,
Candles, Washing powder, Artificial Jewelry, Sweets and snacks which made by SHG women under
the support of SVEP

In this fair near about 1500 footsteps enjoyed the mela. The surpunch sri Ashok kumar assured all
support from their side and he being there till the end of the day, and the mela related all expenses
were given by him.

Feedback

After the conclusion of the one-day fair people were asked that they gave their positive feedback
and our team and rural women entrepreneurs were also happy. Some people said that we cannot
believe such a product by women that the women of our village are doing such a good job. we are
proud of our village rural women. Many people asked about the project. Overall good feedback by
people.
