QR PAYMENT
 FEES
 Monthly fees should be paid between 25th and 30th day of every month by
ONLINE TRANSFER only.
o Monthly fee payment made in ADVANCE for upcoming month and
DUE before the calendar month.
o Any cash for fees payment is NOT ACCEPTED.
 Where any fee or part of a fee remains unpaid after the due date, RCC
reserves the RIGHT to demand payment in full of all fees.
 LATE CHARGE at RM10 per day will be imposed from the due date until
payment made.
 The Registration Fee paid to RCC is NOT REFUNDABLE.
 NO REDUCTION on fees for holidays or broken period.
 We DO NOT ACCEPT concept of carry forward payment.
 Kindly state the student’s full name and class in the payment remarks.
 OT will be charged after 7:00pm (RM20/hour) after 8:00pm and above
(RM50)

FEE INCREASES
 RCC reserves the right to increase the fees at its discretion as it deems fit,
from time to time. The Parent shall be given notification of any such
increase, and the revised fee shall be payable effective from the date
stipulated in the notification.

DISCIPLINE
 Students MUST take a shower before attending school.
 Students are COMPULSORY to wear RCC t-shirt every morning.
 Toys brought from home is NOT ALLOWED.
 Jewellery is NOT ALLOWED at all.
 RCC will NOT LIABLE on any lost of toys & jewellery or any such items
belongs to children without any permission from RCC.
 GENERAL
 For ANY enquiries, parent should call or text the message direct to
Reliable Child Care Centre contact number (During Operating Hour Only
EXCEPT Emergency Issue).
 Breakfast will be served on 9:00 am until 9:30 am. There is NO breakfast
will be serve after 9:30 am.
 All items NEED to be labelled with your child’s name. RCC will NOT
responsible for the lost of any such of items without label.
 Any junk food is NOT ALLOWED in birthday party or any other
celebration.
 Parent/guardians are STRICTLY forbidden to take their children during
learning session EXCEPT an emergency issue occur.
 Arrival and fetch schedule: -

 ONLY parent/guardian are ALLOWED to fetch their children unless a

written notice given by the parent/guardian.
 Parents ONLY need to leave their children at the entrance of RCC.
 Parent are NOT ALLOWED to stay and wait for children during the
learning session.
 The School operates to a regular timetable, and it is a contractual
obligation on the part of the Parent to ENSURE that the children attends all
school days in a timely manner.
 Parents MUST inform the school in writing of any potential or prolonged
absence of the child.

HEALTH CONDITION
Regular Health

 Parent SHOULD NOT send their child to RCC if the child suffering an
infectious disease or illness such as scabies, measles, chickenpox,
influenza (flu), Rubella (German measles) and etc.
 Medications are NOT ALLOWED to bring at RCC. IF the children fall in
sick, the parent or guardian need to take medical leave and care the
children.
 Special Condition for Contagious Disease

Covid-19

 Please adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of COVID-19.

 Children need to undergo for swab tests RT-PCR or RTK-Antigen with
reports before returning to school after long break or holiday (more than 3
days)
 Any children with a symptom is NOT ALLOWED come to school. Please
retrain from entering RCC. The most common symptoms are fever, cough,
and tiredness. (Refer to MOH guidelines for other symptoms).
 Children need to stay at home and self-isolate should they have any of the
symptom i.e. flu, fever and cough.
 Any children suspects infected with COVID-19 should seek medical advice
IMMEDIATELY and notify RCC.
 If a children or staff member develops symptoms at school, the child's
parent or guardian will be contacted, and asked to have their child picked
up as soon as possible.
 If a children or RCC’s staff is confirmed to have COVID-19, and were
potentially infectious while they were at school, Public health will
investigate to determine if there were any potential close contacts within
the school before any decision made.

Hand Foot Mouth Disease

 RCC triage counter is used to screen for HFMD upon check in.
 Children who have the HFMD signs and symptoms shall be separated and
NOT ALLOWED come to school. The most common symptoms are
worsening, headaches, vomiting, drowsiness, fits, a weakness of the
limbs, minimal urine output, breathing fast and refuses to eat/drink. (Refer
to MOH guidelines for other symptoms).
 Upon confirmation by doctor children MUST undergo for home quarantine
at 7 DAYS known as the incubation period.
 Parent MUST get a release letter before sending your child to school.
 Parent MUST do a physical check up before sending your child
o Measure the temperature to ensure there is no fever (<38°C).
o Make sure all blisters have dried up.
o Check the mouth for any ulcers present.
 SECURITY DEPOSIT

 Parent MUST give notice to stop within a month (30 days) if I/We intend to
withdraw my/our child from RCC.
 Parent MUST inform and update RCC either
o To knock-off deposit paid with final month fees or
o To pay in full on final fees and get back refund from RCC
 No refund will be made to parent if parent failed to notify RCC with the
time frame given (30 days before withdrawal).
