Past Pandemic Life

It takes a single butterfly to create big chaos in the world. You and I, can turn
things either good or worse in a single glimpse of an eye. The world we live in is a
temporary closet of the body that hang in each definite orders and sets. Kaleidoscope
indeed, as we all changing in things differ from before. Every tick of a clock matters as
our lives drop like water coming from the dark clouds. But even the world is changing,
and what we used to live had changed, are we ready to get another chance to live in a
happy Christmas and year again?
It’s been a long tiring month to look back after a pandemic strike our country. A
lot of things changed especially in stuffs we used to do outside as we are free to rove
before, strictly no protocols but we enjoy. But things are unpredictable, news in both
radios and televisions brought shivers to our spines as we are listening to it every
second of the day. Fear and worry covered a lot of faces asking , “how would it end?” ,”
how can we survive this one?”, especially that our enemy is can’t be seen nor touch.
From getting family day outside for fun to staying inside for safety and from going to
school every week days to answering modules even in weekends. Things changed, life
gets harder this time especially that we aren’t prepared , the health system facilities ,
equipment’s and even our front liners but then fighting a good fight just to protect us.
During this times, pandemic gives us the quality of time we should share with our
families that we sometimes forget when we get in the outside world with our peers.
Pandemic gives us the bond once again that made us get closer and in touched with
every member in the house again. Pandemic also gives us the time to be independent
in learning and teaching us to innovate by ourselves just to comply and learn without
the spoon feeding lectures. It taught us a lot of things that we got matured this time in
terms of thinking and innovating.
But are we that really ready to face the real world after the pandemic? No more
modules, no more mocking in the house, no more worries, no more fears and no more
deafening silence in the streets. Are we ready for the change we prayed for? Are we
that ready for the masks off?
