    PS - How to market and sell the product?

    Solution - 1) Sell it to the govt. , 2) Sell it to the private companies for their outreach programs or
    construction sites.

    Sell it to the govt.


    1) Collab with govt for the first 2 setups to build relation with the company (cost sharing with
    govt 50:50)
    2) Further sell the eco-friendly toilets to the govt for promoting cleanliness and sustainable
    growth
    3) Use walls of the setup as advertisement billboards to generate revenue (because these
    setups will be placed in busy roads and streets)

    Sell it to the private companies


    1) Sell at a higher margin in comparison to the product sold to the govt.
    2) Promote the installation of e-toilets under the company’s CSR activities - strategic CSR
    partnership
