RE : REQUEST FOR ASSIGNMENT OF SEPARATE LOT NUMBER

FOR LOT 7898, CAD459-D, INDANG CADASTRE (SUPPLEMENTAL)

Madam,

Greetings!

With regard to the above-mentioned subject, may we request from your good office for the
assignment of separate Lot number for LOT 7898, CAD 459-D, INDANG CADASTRE,
located in Barangay Tambo Malaki, Indang, Cavite.

There are two (2) Lot 7898 located in Barangay Tambo Malaki, Indang, Cavite. Attached
herewith are copies of Cadastral maps showing the location of both Lot 7898.

However, the LOT 7898 occupied by my client has no record at the Provincial Environment
and Natural Resources Office or at the Land Management Services-Records Division as to its
Lot Data Computations, Application for Free Patent and Survey Claimant. Hence, a necessary
assignment of separate Lot Number for Lot 7898, Cad 459-D, bounded by Lots – 7644,
7645, 7646, and by a road shall be effected.

Attached also herewith are copies of LDCs and copy of Tax Declaration for your perusal.
