1. REM: To calibrate GD Unit 10-011

I. Reactive maintenance
i. To clean sensor
ii. Inject standard gas concentration to GD
iii. Verify reading at DCS
iv. Housekeeping

*Remarks: Board beacon was found damaged. Proposed to perform board replacement and the lamp.

2. REM: To tighten terminal connection at beacon GD Unit 10-013

I. Reactive maintenance
i. Troubleshooting cable loose
ii. Perform cable tightening
iii. Rectify problems and function check
iv. Housekeeping

*Remarks: Board beacon was found damaged. Proposed to perform board replacement and the lamp.
