परीक्षेच्या संदर्ाात महत्त्वाची सूचना

१. Supplement (सप्लीमेंट) / पुरवणी दे ण्यात येणार नाही, याची सर्व वर्द्यार्थ्ाांनी न द

ों घ्यार्ी. आपणास
एक उत्तर पविका दे ण्यात येणार असून त्यामध्येच आपले उत्तर वलहायचे आहेत.

२. आपला पेपर झाल्यानोंतर उत्तर पविका जबाबदारीने र्र्ावतील पयवर्ेक्षक / ज्युवनअर सुपरर्ायझर याोंच्याकडे
जमा करार्याची आहे .

३. परीक्षेचे र्ेळापिक (Time Table) काळजीपूर्वक र्ाचार्े र् त्यानुसार पेपरला हजर रहार्े.

परीक्षा हॉलमध्ये जाण्यापूवी हे लक्षात घ्या…

१. पेपरच्या अर्ाा तास (३० मममनट) अर् दर येणे अवनर्ायव आहे .

२. प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी कडे परीक्षेचे हॉल मतकीट, महामवद्यालयाचे ओळखपत्र (I-Card) व युमनफॉमा असणे
बोंधनकारक आहे.

३. पेपर सुरू झाल्यानोंतर आपणास एक तास परीक्षा हॉल मधून बाहेर पडता येणार नाही.

४. र्र्ावत आल्यानोंतर आपला सीट नोंबर वजर्थे असेल त बेंच / बाक तपासून घ्यार्ा, त्यार्र कुठे ही काहीही
वलवहलेले नसार्े वकोंर्ा क णत्याही प्रकारच्या वचठ्ठ्या अडकलेल्या / लपर्लेल्या नसाव्यात. तसे आढळल्यास
ताबडत ब र्र्ावतील पयवर्ेक्षक ज्युवनअर सुपरर्ायझर याोंना साोंर्ार्े.

५. त्याचप्रमाणे रायवटों र् पॅड पाऊच कोंपास बॉक्स आधी र्स्तू परीक्षा हॉलमध्ये नेता येणार नाही. प्रत्येक
वर्द्यार्थ्ावकडे स्वतः चे लार्णारे सावहत्य- पेन, पेन्सिल, ख डरबर, शापवनर पट्टी (स्केल) आवण स्वतः ची र्ॉटर
बॉटल आदी असणे आर्श्यक आहे.

६. खालील पररन्सथर्थतीमध्ये आपल्यार्र कॉपी केस ह ऊ शकते र् त्यानुसार वर्द्यापीठाच्या वनयमाअोंतर्वत

कारर्ाई ह ऊ शकते, जसे की -

अ. परीक्षा हॉलमध्ये जाताोंना आपल्याकडे काही स्टडी मटे ररयल, म बाईल फ न, स्माटव र्ॉच, हेडफ न,
इअर बड आदी र्स्तू असल्यास.

ब. आपल्या बेंचर्र बाकार्र काही वलवहलेले असल्यास.

क. त्याचप्रमाणे आपल्या हातार्र वकोंर्ा अोंर्ार्र इतरि क ठे वलवहलेले असल्यास तसेच हात रुमाल
वकोंर्ा कपड्ाोंर्र क ठे वलवहलेल्या असल्यास.

ड. आपापसात ब लणे वकोंर्ा र्स्तूोंची दे र्ाण-घेर्ाण करणे, अशा पररन्सथर्थतीत वर्द्यापीठाच्या परीक्षा
सोंबोंधी वनयमानुसार आपणार्र कॉपी केस ह ऊ शकते.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING EXAMINATION

1. All students should note that Supplement will not be given. You will be given an answer sheet in
which you have to write your answers.

2. After completing your paper answer sheets are to be submitted responsibly to the junior supervisor.

3. Read the Time-Table of the exam carefully and attend the paper accordingly.

Keep this in mind before going to the exam hall

1. It is mandatory to arrive half an hour (30 minutes) before the paper.

2. It is mandatory for every student to have exam hall ticket, college identity card (I-Card) and uniform.

3. You will not be allowed to leave the exam hall for one hour after the paper starts.

4. After coming to the class you should check the bench where your seat number is, there should not be
anything written on it or any kind of notes stuck / hidden. In case of such occurrence, you should
immediately inform the junior supervisor.

5. Similarly, items like writing pad, pouch, compass-box etc. cannot be brought into the examination
hall. Each student must have their own materials- pen, pencil, eraser, sharpener, scale and own water
bottle etc.

6. In the following situations you may be charged with a copy case and accordingly action may be taken
under the rules of the University, viz.-

a. If you have any study material, mobile phone, smart watch, headphone, ear buds etc. while
going to the exam hall.

b. If something is written on the bench.

c. Likewise, if it is written anywhere else on your hand or body and on handkerchief or clothes.

d. Talking to each other or exchanging items, in which case you may face a copy case as per
university examination rules.
