Respected Sir/Mam,

Good Morning.

Both of my sons were participated in Recent Kerala Tour, which has been organised by Sri Nachammal
Vidhyavani CBSE School management.

We Parent would really like to share our feed back as its not just management expectations from each
of the parent to share their feed backs but also its our duty and responsibility to share.

First of all We thank you so much for the opportunity given to us to register our feed back.

Organising and executing A Tour is such an wonderful opportunity for the any management and team
and also for the Kids who can learn new things.

Timing

We should really appreciate the time management from the beginning till end this tour. Excellent time
management. Hats off whom ever involved in managing the time management.

Teachers
All of the teachers being so kind especially during the trip. During the starting day evening it was well
organised in receiving the Kids and their belongings.

We parents enjoyed in watching the moments the teachers called the ward by name and directing them
to board in.

Also during the trip they were so kind in taking care of the kids. Excellent team work.

Principal

Appreciate Respected Principal Mam in participating during the commencement of the trip.

We seen Principal Mam as a Leader. She leads by kick start the trip for good start and finish. For any
such event this helps for successful completion.

Stay

Well organised comfort stay ambiences for the Kids and Teachers during trip.

Foods

Kids enjoyed the foods well which has been organised. It was an new experience for them to have food
with no limits and no restrictions to access all kind of foods to choose and enjoy. Different experience
for them to improve their personal life style growth.

Outings

Wards enjoyed well all of the outings which has been organised. Seems there was one planned program
been cancelled due to Rain. Right decision took at right time during trip. Great work.

Last day of Tour

Kids were waiting to see the parents as they were missing especially on the last day. We could
experience the difference during their call on last day. Despite they missing their parents but they were
also worried that the trip about to end. Kids were sharing their experience with us that the 4 days have
gone very fast.

Receiving Kids

As per announced schedule all of the kids and teachers returned back to school 5 minutes earlier than
estimated time schedule. Excellent time management.

All of the baggage’s kept properly to collect and handed over.

All of the kids and teachers been travelled returned back safely.

Chauffeurs

We sincerely thanks to the Chauffeurs who helped to complete this trip successfully.

The feed back which we shared based on few things and instances which we had seen during starting
and End. Rest all of the feed back been presented based on wards true experience.
