Paragraph no . 11
An expatriate who enters the country for the purpose of a visit, or for
other purposes for a period not exceeding thirty days, shall be
exempted from the obligations stipulated in the previous article. The
expatriate may not remain in the country after the expiry of the
aforementioned period, unless it is specified or the residence permit.
Paragraph no . 16
The expatriate who has been granted permission to enter or reside for
a specific purpose, or to work in a specific entity, shall not violate the
purpose for which he was licensed, or leave work for the recruiter, or
work for an entity that is not licensed Bahaa and is not considered in
violation of the purpose of the residence permit to practice The
immigrant, with the approval of the competent authority. Some of the
