RATIONALE

1. What are your reasons for wanting to start a business?


 Supplying boneless bangus is not yet established throughout San Francisco. This is also a
great opportunity to make business with the restaurants and other food services to
supply the enough amount of boneless bangus for them to serve.
2. What are your objectives for your business? State the purpose.
 The aim for this business is to supply the demand of boneless bangus fish through the
restaurants. Restaurants or other food stalls needs another food menu for their
services. Because San Francisco is not so far well known as a boneless bangus center,
the plan needs to raise up supply for the people in San Francisco to have one of this kind
of food to be serve.
3. How many will benefit from the business you plan? Justify your answer by citing Socio-
Economic Impact of a business like what is the:
 Impact on the Consumer:
 Consumers may love to see things that has never been establish over their town.
Boneless bangus is not truly been there. In order to serve the people this kind of
food makes them happy and contented. They can buy as well a raw material (not
yet cooked) or they can have the food already serve in the restaurants.
 Impact on the Suppliers and Investors:
 Suppliers and investors will definitely make money by providing the needs of the
people. Since they will be the one who will provide raw materials in the
restaurants and other food stalls and shops.
 Impact on the Government:
 The plan will make sure that the government will also benefit to this business.
Because the business plan will be providing employment for the people that
doesn’t have a job. To give employees a government or non-government
beneficiaries like SSS, Phil health and Pag-ibig.
 Impact on Households:
 Households may start business by making food menus, or buy the product from
the suppliers of the boneless bangus.
 Impact on the Community:
 The plan will give employees training for them to be ready for the job. It will give
the community an opportunity for them to be employed.

Production Cycle
1. The store is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The employees will receive a one-hour lunch break,
with a 10-15 minutes snack break in between.
2. From 8:00 am workers who are assigned will harvest bangus.
3. The workers will start deboning the fresh harvested bangus and wash the fish thoroughly in a
clean running water.
4. After deboning, the workers will start marinating the deboned bangus.
5. After marinating, the workers will start packing the marinated boneless bangus.
6. The finish product will then be delivered to the customers.

1. The employees must wash their hands.
2. Sanitation is a must when working.
3. They must wear gloves and hairnet during production for cleanliness and to make sure that the
products are safe.

The business is located at Hubang, San Francisco Agusan del Sur. Ahead of Eurotiles – MM
Marble and Construction Supply.
1. The business location is nearby San Francisco approximately 1.7 km distance.
2. The land is habitable and feasible for farming bangus.

MANAGEMENT AND PERSONNEL

This business consists of nine (9) business partners which is the one who will shoulder all the financial
needs, managing and the managing of funds that will be using. The entire financial needs will come
from the business partner’s own funds. Each member of this business will try to fit in the fund in order
for them to avoid complain regarding to financial needs.
