SMC Infra Developers Rep by Sri.Kacham Surya Prakash have filed an application for issue of NOC in Sy.Nos.348/P, 349/P, 350/P, 351/P, 352 & 353 of Ravalkole (vg), Medchal (M) for HMDA approval. Further, the RDO, Keesara Division has reported that, joint inspection was conducted on 12.01.2021 & 08.07.2021 along with Mandal Surveyor and Assistant Executive Engineer, I & CAD, B Division, Medchal and Dy-EE, IB Sub-Division Medchal in respect of land in in Sy.Nos.348/P, 349/P, 350/P, 351/P, 352 & 353 of Ravalkole (Vg), Medchal (M). During the joint inspection it is observed that, a local stream in the Southern side of the applicants land is taking off from the local catchment area and passing along the applicants land boundary in Sy.No.353, 351 and passing through the Sy.no.348/P with a width of about 8 Mts, as such the applicants land in Sy.No.353 and 351/P is not affected in MFL of Stram but it is affected under 2Mts Buffer Zone of Nala and also the applicants land in Sy.No.348/P is affected under MFL/Buffer Zone of Nala as per GO.Ms.No.168 MA&UD. De- 07.04.2012, further it is noticed that, there is no any water body in Sy.No.350/P and 349/P. SMC Infra Developers Rep. by Sri. Kacham Surya Prakash for the land in Sy.No348/P, 349/P, 350/P, 351/P, 352 & 353 to an Extent:-Ac.23-03.46 gts. situated at Ravalkole(Vg), Medchal (M). Further through the reference 3 cited, Executive Engineer Irrigation Division No. 1 has submitted a report stating that the Superintending Engineer, I&CADD, Irrigation has ~ ocanneu wrircamSc7c clasfcation to M/s, SMC Infra Developers, Rep. By its Managing Partner Sri xacham Surya Prakash, duly accordingly clarification with subject to the terms and conditions to the applicant balance land to an extent of Ac. 23-0346 gts., out of Ac.24-13.5 Gis, in Sy. Nos. 348/P, 349/P, 350/P, 351/P, 352 & 353 of Ravalkole Village, Medchal Mandal which is not affected by water body / Nala / Channel and it is free from water body as per the norms stipulated under G.O. Ms.No. 168, MA & UD Dept, Dt. 07/04/2012 and the same is holds good.
