Abstract

In order to succeed in maintaining a sustainable and competitive performance among other


companies, the organization must always have a higher level of preparedness to deal with
an emerging task. Knowing that to be a competitive enterprise, the organization must
accept the enterprise employed by the tenant. Consider the importance of developing its
human resources and, most importantly, its employees not only to compete, but also to
adapt to changes in the surrounding environment or to changes in its objectives, policies
and procedures.

In order to enhance its high level skills and knowledge, the company must operate within
the framework of human resource management and in particular human resources, which
aims to achieve organizational, social and business goals. The training and development of
human resources is an important aspect of supporting and developing the workforce for the
development of knowledge in the company and their satisfaction within the organization.
