PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Write as many positive things about each stage of your life, and take in all the love and
happiness that each positive memory brings.
- My positive things in life is still existing and not giving up in this world that full of
heartache.
- Feeling pleasure and contentment in the way things are going.
- Also the most important positive things in my life is knowing who really God is. And got
saved from the Lord’s grace.

How you think these positive experiences have shaped you as a person?
- It shaped me as a person to be brave in life, to trust myself and not just give up,
because if I was able to do it then I can do it better now. And because of this I also
found out what makes me happy and sad in short, I got to know myself better.

List down your negative experiences.

- Having a breakdown every night
- Experiencing anxiety and depression
- Pretending to be happy in the front of people or in crowded places.

How have these negative experiences influenced your life?

- These negativities are a great impact on my life because it leads me unstable in all
aspects emotionally, physically, spiritually, mentally in my life. It also leads my body to
be unhealthy and cannot focus on everything.

Have you overcome them and become a stronger and better person? Or are there experiences that
have left scars on you as a person?
- Yes, definitely I overcome them I mean not all. I can assure you now that I am a
different, stronger and better person now than before. The old has gone and the new
me has come already. Yes, those negativities in my life before left as my scars and only
a scar not my wound anymore.

Do you have attitudes, tendencies, or insecurities right now that have resulted from a negative
experience?
- I believe that we all still have attitudes that may lead to negative experiences. And in
myself now I can truly say that I still have that kind of attitude but I keep on avoiding it
as much as I can do so that it won’t lead me again in what I am before.
